Limited Product Warranty. BYD warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from Warranty Start Date, subject to the exclusions and limitations set out below.

Limited Product Warranty. Repair or Replacement within 12 years Supplier assures that under the conditions for regular application, installation, use and service, the integral module (including attached DC connectors, cables) can meet the demand of regular application, use and installation and have no defect caused by material and process within 144 months as of the Warranty Effective Date. If the modules get out of order or fail to operate due to material or process defects within 144 months as of the Warranty Effective Date, Supplier provides remedy, only repairing and replacing the failed modules after verification and confirmation by an independent testing institution agreed by Supplier and the customer in advance. The remedy of repair or replacement is the exclusive measure within this “Limited Product Warranty”, which does not involve assurance for the module power output. The power output assurance is to be specially elaborated in the Section 2Limited Warranty for Peak Power” below.
Limited Product Warranty. Except as otherwise agreed to by EDDYFI in writing, products such as instruments, mechanical products, spare parts, probes and cables are warranted, to the original Customer only, for use solely by Customer or direct affiliate, against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Additional coverage may be provided under any Hardware Maintenance Plan (HMP) purchased by the Customer. Probes and cables are considered consumables and require periodic replacement due to wear. EDDYFI does not warrant the service life of probes or cables. EDDYFI does not warrant any products against defects caused by misuse, abnormal operating conditions, alterations or damage caused by events beyond the control of EDDYFI. EDDYFI shall not be liable for product defects caused by or resulting from any inaccuracies in any drawing, description or specification supplied by the Customer.Upon Customers written request during the warranty period, EDDYFI, at its choice, will repair or replace defective products within a reasonable time. The original term of warranty applies, without extension, for repaired or replacement products. All defective product shall be sent to EDDYFI freight prepaid by Customer in packaging appropriate to prevent damage in transit. The Limited Product Warranty does not apply to periodic calibration or minor maintenance as described in products operating manuals. All Customer paid repairs performed by EDDYFI are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the completion of repair. Upon Customer’s written notice of defect within the 90 day period, EDDYFI will replace the defective part(s) and/or re-perform the service. This warranty is limited to failures in areas directly related to the repair performed. EDDYFI does not warrant any non-EDDYFI / Inuktun / M2M / Silverwing / Teletest / TSC brand products.
Limited Product Warranty. Seller warrants to Buyer that during the Warranty Period defined herein, the Application System purchased by Buyer pursuant to this Agreement: (a) will be free from defects in design, materials or workmanship; and (b) when used in strict compliance with Seller’s product specifications and instructions (hereinafter “Normal Use”) will enable Buyer to apply Licensed Products to Covered Structure Wood Components and Derivative Products in conformity with BluwoodUSA’s Quality Standards (as such terms are defined in the Sublicense Agreement). The “Warranty Period” shall commence on the Certification Date and expire on the date one (1) year thereafter. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred with replacement parts. If buyer requests on site assistance for remediation of problems the Buyer will be responsible for all travel costs associated with the remediation of the Application System. If the Application System, or any component thereof, fails to perform in Normal Use during the Warranty Period, within a reasonable time following written notice, Seller, shall investigate the matter and, at its sole discretion, correct any failure or defect by either modifying the Application System, repairing any malfunctioning components, or replacing malfunctioning components with new or reconditioned replacement parts of substantially equivalent functionality and expected service life. All such actions by Seller will be performed at Seller’s expense and in a manner solely determined by Seller. IF SELLER IS UNABLE TO MODIFY OR REPAIR AN APPLICATION SYSTEM TO CONFORM TO THIS WARRANTY AFTER A REASONABLE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS, SELLER WILL PROVIDE, AT ITS OPTION, ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: A REPLACEMENT APPLICATION SYSTEM OR A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE, LESS THE VALUE OF THE USE OF THE SYSTEM PRIOR TO THE UNCURED FAILURE. THESE REMEDIES ARE BUYER’S ONLY REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY.

Limited Product Warranty. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, AOI’s sole and exclusive obligations to the Customer for any Product made by AOI and sold hereunder are to repair returned Product or provide a replacement Product, at AOI’s sole option, for any Product which has been returned to AOI under the RMA procedure (as defined below) and which in the reasonable opinion of AOI is determined to be defective in workmanship, material, or not in compliance with the mutually agreed written applicable specification and has in fact failed under normal use on or before one (1) year from the date of original shipment of the Product. All Products which are experimental Products, prototypes, or Products used in field trials or qualification testing, are not warranted. All third parties’ Products (including software) sold by AOI carry only the original manufacturer’s warranty applicable to the Customer. Any Product repaired or replaced under warranty is only warranted for the period of time remaining in the original warranty for the Product. AOI reserves the right, at its sole option, to issue a credit note for any defective Product as an alternative to repair or replacement. The warranty provided herein shall extend to any Product which has proved defective and has failed through normal use, but excludes and does not cover any Product or parts thereof which has been accidentally damaged, disassembled, modified, misused, used in applications which exceed the Product specifications or ratings or which are inconsistent with its design intent, neglected, improperly installed or otherwise abused or is used in hazardous activities. Customer must claim under the warranty in writing not later than thirty (30) calendar days after the claimed defect is discovered. No warranty will be honored for nor would any warranty still be available for any Product one year and 30 days after the date of delivery unless the warranty claim is properly prepared and presented, and has already been received by AOI before that time. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NOMACO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO RBX RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS. RBX shall inform each of its customers for the Products of Nomaco's Limited Warranty; provided, however, that RBX shall not make or give any other representation, warranty, guaranty or assurance regarding the Products or the condition, quality, safety, performance, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Products.
Limited Product Warranty. Repair or Replacement Ten (10) years Phono Solar warrants that the Product including factory-assembled DC connectors and cables, if any, will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal application, installation, operation, use and service conditions. If Product fails to conform to this warranty, within a period of ten (10) years from the date of delivery by Phono Solar to its first buyer, Phono Solar will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective Product(s) at no charge; or replace the defective Product(s) or part thereof by a new or remanufactured equivalent at no charge, within the above specified period.
